We use two addresses, and they are not interchangeable. Orders are packed and returns are received at our fulfillment facility in California. Our registered corporate address is in Kansas. Sending a return to the wrong one will delay your refund.

This is our legal and correspondence address. Do not send returns or any parcel here — it is not a warehouse and cannot receive or process them.
Why there are two addresses
Maryline LLC is registered at 1106 W Ash St PMB #2048, Junction City, KS 66441. That is the address on our corporate filings and the one that appears on your invoice and in our Terms & Conditions. It is an office address, not a warehouse.
Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving returns are all handled at a separate fulfillment facility at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. Every parcel we send leaves from there, and every parcel you send back needs to arrive there. We publish both addresses here, before you buy anything, so there is never a question about where a return goes or who you are buying from.
Before you send anything back
Contact us first for a return authorization number. Email support@oravellewellnessproworks.com or call 844-640-2300 with your order reference. We reply within one business day.
Parcels that arrive at the facility without an authorization number cannot be matched to an order and may be refused. The conditions we can accept items back in, and what happens to your refund once the parcel arrives, are set out in the Refund Policy.
Shipping limits
We ship within the United States only. We cannot accept returns posted from outside the United States, and we cannot arrange an international collection. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy.
