01About this product
A cordless heated mask rather than a microwavable one. A slim heating film sits inside a knitted cover, powered by an internal rechargeable cell, which means the warmth is even across the whole panel and holds steady instead of starting too hot and fading over ten minutes the way a bead pack does. Three heat settings are cycled with the single side button, and the highest is deliberately capped well below anything uncomfortable.
It runs cordless for roughly four sessions on a charge and takes about two hours to fill over USB-C. An automatic shut-off ends every session after fifteen minutes, which matters more than it sounds: the common failure with any heated mask is falling asleep in it. The knitted cover unzips and machine washes; the electronics stay in the mask and never go near water. The rear strap adjusts with a slider for side sleeping.

Charge it fully the first time
About two hours over USB-C. The indicator by the button stops pulsing when it is full. A part-charged first run is the usual reason a mask seems to lose heat early.
Start on the lowest heat
One press turns it on at the lowest setting; each further press steps it up. Eyelid skin is the thinnest on the body, so work up only if the lowest genuinely feels too mild.
Let the timer end the session
Fifteen minutes and it shuts off by itself. Do not restart it two or three times in a row, and do not fall asleep wearing it — this is a sit-back-for-fifteen-minutes product, not a sleep mask.
Wash the cover, never the mask
The knitted cover unzips and machine washes cool. The mask body holds the heating film and the cell and must stay dry — wipe it with a dry cloth and nothing else.

- No. It is cordless and rechargeable, which is why the warmth is even across the panel and holds steady rather than fading. Never put it in a microwave.
- How hot does it get?

- Can I sleep in it?

- Can I wash it?
